 Christian ministry is demanding and the reality is that in every area of Church life and in every denomination, Christian workers are facing burnout and high levels of emotional exhaustion. In 2004 a clear call from God led Dave and Marian Edwins to establish 'On Track Ministries' as a response to the high attrition rate amongst Christian workers. Having been involved for many years in supporting students and graduates from 'Moorlands College', they know from first hand experience the value of putting firm foundations in place from the start, They are uniquely placed to offer the kind of ongoing mentoring and pastoral wisdom that can help to ensure that those that they work with are better equipped to keep going in ministry- to be in it for the long haul. |
