 On Track works through the development of a mentoring relationship, tailored to the needs of the individual. Through regular visits, Dave and Marian help Christian workers to explore issues of leadership, integrity, ongoing discipleship, professional development and personal growth. In addition to this, On Track provides retreats, study days and opportunities for low cost holiday breaks to offer much needed refreshment and renewal. Dave also has an active teaching and preaching ministry and offers his expertise to churches and organisations through consultancy work. |
