Why On Track?

Christian ministry is demanding and the reality is that in every area of church life and in every denomination, Christian workers are facing burnout and high levels of emotional exhaustion. In 2004  a clear call from God led Dave & Marian Edwins to establish On Track Ministries as a response to the high attrition rate amongst Christian workers. Having been involved for many years in supporting students and graduates from Moorlands College, they know from first hand experience the value of putting firm foundations in place from the start. They are uniquely placed to offer the kind of ongoing mentoring and pastoral wisdom that can help ensure that those they work with are better equipped to keep going in  ministry- to be in it for the long haul.
